I need a moped style vehicle; I am on a tight budget, so I probably won't find what I'm looking for using traditional methods/major retailers. It will probably be best for me to look for something used. My dream would have similar design and aesthetics to a vintage Vespa. I am open to either gas or electric powered. But I need to be able to take it on main roads, so It needs to go over 30mph. I also need it to have a way to carry/store groceries and other items.
